Please be advised that when booking a service online, you may be subject to additional charges associated with administrative and acquisition management fees. However, we do not levy any tax, as we are a service provider and not a sales of goods supplier. The total amount payable will be computed accordingly. To ensure that we can schedule a technician to meet your availability, we require verbal confirmation of the date and time as you provide us with your preferred dates and times when booking the service online. Please note that we will verify all dates before an appointment is scheduled, and we will dispatch a technician once validation is done upon the technician's availability.  We are committed to responding to all booking requests within 72 hours. However, in most cases, we are able to respond within 12 hours of receiving the request. If you need immediate assistance, we recommend that you contact us directly, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your request for an immediate response.

Once paid, tech support in route there is no refund if cancellation occurs with the customer. However, we will honor a refund if we aren’t able to respond within 72 hours of the initial request.
