Service Guidelines & Conditions
These instructions, terms and conditions made available for customers to read are to be governed regarding any services that are requested among this website. It is asked that customers are available for the services herein that have been requested at the time of our scheduled arrival to cover all required bases deemed necessary. As certain specifications are involved, customer attendance will be expected. Wired4U only gives approximately 10 minutes of wait time once arrived at assessment. Unattendance by customer Wired4U will leave property, and you will be automatically charged on the card used to schedule the appointment, following the invoice for the charge, marked (shown) as paid for the inconvenience of our time.
SCHEDULING:
Please note that upon submitting the service form, we will confirm our availability with you at our earliest convenience. We strive to respond within 72 hours but typically respond within 12 hours of receiving the form. If you require an immediate response, we kindly ask that you refrain from completing the form. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an accurate time or date for your request if you need immediate assistance. By submitting the forms electronically, you agree that you have read and understood all of the information that was made available to you and accept it.
BOOKING ONLINE
Please be advised that when booking a service online, you may be subject to additional charges associated with administrative and acquisition management fees. The total amount payable will be computed accordingly. To ensure that we can schedule a technician to meet your availability, we require verbal confirmation of the date and time as you provide us with your preferred dates and times when booking the service online. Please note that we will verify all dates before an appointment is scheduled, and we will dispatch a technician once validation is done based on the technician's availability. We are committed to responding to all booking requests within 72 hours. However, in most cases, we are able to respond within 12 hours of receiving the request. If you need immediate assistance, we recommend that you contact us directly, as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your request for an immediate response. AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE:
The initial service fee is mandatory to be paid in order for use to service you. Processing fee is automatically calculated when paid via online. When applied, if not automatically charged to the card when purchasing through this website form, we will collect it. We may collect it by phone or recharge it to the card used initially. We are not responsible for the misuse of the card used, or any errors with any extra dollar amounts typed in when purchasing. It is your responsibility to validate costs before submitting. The full amount must be paid in order to be scheduled/for us to respond for a service order. Deposit to secure a project to start, and installation to render the work is only good for 8 days before it becomes void, if the work site isn't ready for us to begin. There is no refund once submitted. To learn more about how your card can be used and any additional information that may not have been covered here, please refer to the private policy.
Wired4U does our best to alleviate discretion. At any time as the job site is active with our presents as work being rendered; or possibly at the standstill of job, customer gives Wired4U authorization to process payments on the card(s) used at purchase/or after original transaction to automatically charge the credit/debit card on file. These charges will be processed for the purpose of service calls, service orders that are dispatched once accepted, retrieving payments that are owed to the company as services are active/balance is still due on the account, etc.
It is the customer's responsibility to keep card(s) statues positive. Payment declined can cause cease to Wired4U activity on job site with our performance until account comes current. Wired4U WILL NOT ACCEPT no personal checks! If business check: check must be furnished by a local bank institution within the city/county Wired4U are working, if not Sumter city/county.
Checks must be valid to deposit for the day/date it is written. Wired4U at our discretion will cease the acceptance of any checks, and have customers pay online through our website portal at any time as necessary.
RESPONDING TO SERVICE
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the correct address is given. Failure to provide the correct address will result in the customer compensating us for the inconvenience of travel.. If by chance something arises that prevents customers from being present, the customer is granted at least 2-6 hours from appointment time to cancel and reschedule with us for a new date by calling or texting to inform us of such delay, cancellation.
If you aren't able to be present; and choose to have someone stand in proxy (attendance of your absence) on your behalf - that is well informed to what is to be done, we will proceed forth with the assessment as scheduled. Any information misinterpreted, or incorrect instruction/layouts provided to us from a customer appointed representative, will be the responsibility of the customer once installation begins.
Requirements upon consultation responsible party must be present or must supply accessibility to a lockbox with code and an inconvenience fee of $100 will be charged if the requirements aren’t met. Customers will be entitled to reschedule with a more reliable date.
ESTIMATE
Estimates are an approximation and is not guaranteed. Actual cost may change once all project elements are finalized. Prior to any changes of cost, the client will be notified. Services - Upon acceptance, we will perform the services described in this estimate. Any additional services requested by you and not included in this estimate will incur additional charges. Schedule - The services will be completed and will be made in accordance with the schedule/if schedule exists. Changes - Changes in the specifications, quantities, schedule or other aspects of the services that are requested or approved by you do not become binding unless accepted in writing. Any such changes may result in additional or increased charges, and you agree to pay such increased charges. Payment Terms - All invoices for services covered by the estimate are payable at request, upon completion of work or date stated on the invoice. Late Charges: Interest - Any invoices not paid by you with an opened balance on the date of completion may bear interest after the due date until the invoice is paid. All payments are nonrefundable. SERVICE COST
Installation costs are factored, calculated from the information provided during the assessment. What we've been informed with, is what the job cost is determined by. No project costs are accurate, as certain situations arise (structure, foundation, etc) as work is being rendered, cost will change. Wired4U will charge a trainer as see fit depending on the project scope: time frame to secure job position.
Troubleshooting (diagnostics) are charged services, for the purposes of evaluating devices, circuit, equipment to identify problem(s) that have contributed to the cause of circuit malfunctioning. Regardless of the issue can be repairable at the time of service, the total time allowed to service the issue is billable and will be paid to Wired4U.
Any service that is rendered will be charged hourly, paid once installation is completed, if completed within the hourly time frame specified. Such additional time past the time calculated, hourly will continue until the job is completed. Any open balances left unpaid as the job comes to a standstill hour serviced will be invoiced and paid by the customer. Projects that are prolonged, delayed by customers, other attended subs. Customers are entitled to 10 days to resume construction before the original proposal becomes voided.
Customers will be obligated to pay a reinstatement charge as customers wish for Wired4U to resume the installation of the project. Project must be left in the same condition in order for us to successfully proceed forth without certain setbacks. Any alterations which have occurred that interfere with the original proposal, scope of work extra fees will apply as Wired4U sees necessary. A deposit will be paid depending on job demand in question prior to assessment if known at the time.
SAFETY
Wired4U will not reenergize a circuit, device, or equipment as we are unsure arriving at that determination it could be unsafe to do so. As we will hold no responsibility or be liable for the encounter that may take place as the equipment, device, etc., defaults (shorts) that could cause severe damage to person(s), property.
BEING INFORMED
The information on this website is accurate; and within such times may be updated. As this website is updated, it is for the inquirer, customers to inquire of such changes in service pricing, as well those specific guidelines that may change. Any transaction that consists of money being exchanged and paid for our services to be rendered are nonrefundable. If your project has been financed, approved through our funding agent and you choose to not proceed forward. You are held responsible to return the amount paid in full back to our financing agent.
Wired4U exercises the right to report unpaid accounts to the bureau under the guidelines (26 U.S.C. §6041) We encourage customers in an effort to sustain us from exercising this measure to retrieving this financial obligation on customer behalf to pay that outstanding balance.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES, CONDITIONS
If the condition of weather doesn't postpone activity; such other acts, emergencies occur beyond anyone's control; or those conditions that are outlined above and below. The estimated costs for projects are derived from rough-in parameters. Finishes, which include cosmetic items like devices and fixtures, are calculated based on a standard estimated installation time, aligned with the overall timeline for project completion without considering potential delays. It's important to note that the customer is responsible for selecting and supplying all finishes, allowing for a more personalized and satisfying outcome.
Any time longer, not foreseen, the price will be adjusted accordingly. When a project is financed/funded by our affiliate agency; those funds are only to be allocated to us (the person, company); for the sole purpose of this work to be done. And is prohibited to be used for any other means.
Contingency: if there is one present/or known, it is designated to cover such increase in project estimate in the event of: 1) there are specifications required that are unknown, that may be addressed at a later time as work is being rendered 2) if additional adjustments/modifications are required that's not foreseen 3) price change based on labor, material, and mileage 4) unavailability of material locally 5) or other factors that arise that aren't mentioned here. Special devices, outlets excluded from this quote.
Cost to do cosmetics on repairs as incisions had to be done to structure, is not the responsibility of this company. Monies other than deposit to secure the job involves labor, material; and to schedule a start date will be requested as needed. Deposit is only good for 10 days once received by us to start the project. Such transactions of funds are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for being sure of their finances, project time before committing.
Additional funding will be provided for the purposes of material, labor rendered(ing), etc, when inquired by us to complete installation, to bring the job to satisfactory condition. Before installation begins, the work area must be cleared of any items, furniture that will prohibit work from being rendered. Once balance is paid when install is completed, or requested, inspection will be scheduled; if power needs to be restored; or where equipment/devices installed can be approved where customers can regain possession of the property.
